Committee on Rules of Origin. The Committee on Rules of Origin, which will be determined by the Council and shall have a representative of each party, and advisers as it deems appropriate. The Committee shall be established within two (2) months from the entry into force of this Treaty and shall normally meet at least two (2) times a year and extraordinarily at the express request of one of the Parties. The Committee shall include the following functions: Propose to the Council any amendments to this chapter; To ensure the effective enforcement, implementation and administration of this chapter; and
