Committee Representation. The Union shall be granted representation on any committees that may be established to accomplish the aims of the Ohio Employee Assistance Program (E.A.P.).
Committee Representation. The F.O.P. Ohio Labor Council shall be granted representation on any committees that may be established to accomplish the aims of the Ohio Employee Assistance Program (E.A.P.).
Committee Representation. Whenever representatives from the Union are required to be on any committee, the Union shall be consulted before representatives are appointed.

Committee Representation. There shall be established a joint union-management Consultation Committee composed of two (2) Union representatives and two (2) management representatives.
Committee Representation. 5.5.1 In addition to rights of appointment contained in any other portion of this Agreement or as provided by District policy, CSEA shall have the right to select the classified employee representatives to the following Districtwide and collegewide governance committees:
Committee Representation i. The VTF shall be entitled to two (2) representatives on Committees I, II, III, IV, and V. It is understood this refers to public sessions only and that voting and the establishment of the agenda are reserved to trustees on the committees. The VTF representatives will have the right to request that items be placed on the agenda and to comment and/or provide the Union's opinion on the matters under consideration. All public session material will be delivered to the VTF when it is issued.
