Nothing stated herein shall be construed as a waiver or modification of the requirements for notice or service of process of litigation, as set forth in the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the local rules of the Circuit Court of Xxxx County, and the local rules governing the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
