Comprehensive General Liability. Contractor shall have and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage during the entire term of the Contract, against claims arising out of bodily injury, death, damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use thereof, and including underground, collapse and explosion (XCU) and products and completed operations in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the general aggregate.
Comprehensive General Liability. The Consultant shall have and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage during the entire term of the Contract, against claims arising out of bodily injury, death, damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use thereof, and including underground, collapse and explosion (XCU) and products and completed operations in an amount not less than one million each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the general aggregate.
Comprehensive General Liability. Comprehensive general liability insurance for the benefit of the Consultant and any sub- consultants is to be written as broad as the standard coverage form currently in use in the State of New Jersey, which shall not be circumscribed by any endorsements limiting the breadth of coverage. The policy shall include an endorsement (broad form) for contractual liability insurance, an endorsement for completed operations insurance, and an endorsement eliminating the explosion, collapse and underground (XCU) exclusion. Limits of liability shall not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury liability and $1,000,000 per occurrence for property damage liability.

Comprehensive General Liability. The Consultant shall procure and maintain Comprehensive General Liability, including completed operations, contractual liability and Automobile Liability Insurance affording coverage for all claims for bodily injury including death, and all claims for destruction of or damage to property, arising out of or in connection with any operations under this contract, whether such operations be by the Consultant or by subcontractors or anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Consultant or by a subcontractor. Such insurance shall provide limits of liability of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) single limit, Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate. The Consultant shall furnish current certificates of insurance which shall include a provision that the insurance will not be cancelled without ten (10) days prior notice to the County. All such insurance shall be written on a Comprehensive Form of Policy. All such shall name as insured Montrose County and the Consultant and any and all subcontractors.
Comprehensive General Liability i. Bodily Injury $1,000,000.00 each occurrence
Comprehensive General Liability insurance with minimum combined single limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) each occurrence and of two million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) aggregate, plus an additional amount sufficient to pay related attorneys' fees and defense costs. The policy shall be applicable to all premises and operations. The policy shall include coverage for bodily injury, broad form property damage (including completed operations), personal injury (including coverage for contractual and employee acts), blanket contractual, independent contractors, products, and completed operations. The policy shall include coverage for explosion, collapse, and underground hazards. The policy shall contain a severability of interests provision.
Comprehensive General Liability. Comprehensive general liability coverage will be provided for bodily injury, personal injury, or property damage, as specified in the Board's policy. The Board, through its insurance company, will agree to investigate, defend, and pay any claim—if found legally liable—resulting from alleged bodily injury or property damage occurring out of the course of one's assigned duties. Coverage will be extended to include personal injury arising out of false arrest, libel, slander, defamation of character, invasion of privacy, wrongful entry or eviction, and incidental malpractice related to student health services and psychological services performed by employees and in the course of their assigned duties.
