Common use of Consulting Fee Clause in Contracts

Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant's annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following: "In consideration of Consultant's services, for the twelve {12} month period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment (i.e., July 1, 2020) and concluding on June 30, 2021, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Three Hundred Eighty Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($380,500), which shall be paid on a schedule of Thirty One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Eight Dollars and Thirty Four Cents ($31,708.34) per month in arrears."

Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant's ’s annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 7 8 to the Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following: "“In consideration of Consultant's ’s services, for the twelve {(12} ) month period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment (i.e., July 1, 20202021) and concluding on June 30, 20212022, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Three Four Hundred Eighty Thousand, Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($380,500400,000), which shall be paid on a schedule of Thirty One Three Thousand, Seven Three Hundred and Eight Thirty Three Dollars and Thirty Four Cents ($31,708.3433,333.34) per month in arrears."”

The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant's ’s annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 7 9 to the Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following: "“In consideration of Consultant's ’s services, for the twelve {(12} ) month period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment (i.e., July 1, 20202022) and concluding on June 30, 20212023, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Three Four Hundred Eighty Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($380,500420,000), which shall be paid on a schedule of Thirty One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Eight Five Thousand Dollars and Thirty Four Cents ($31,708.3435,000) per month in arrears."”

Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant's ’s annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 7 10 to the Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following: "“In consideration of Consultant's ’s services, for the twelve {(12} ) month period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment (i.e., July 1, 20202023) and concluding on June 30, 20212024, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Three Four Hundred Eighty Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($380,500420,000), which shall be paid on a schedule of Thirty One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Eight Five Thousand Dollars and Thirty Four Cents ($31,708.3435,000) per month in arrears."”
