Customer agrees that it shall make no claim whatsoever against Level 3 relating to the content of the Internet or respecting any information, product, service or software ordered through or provided by virtue of the Internet

IHN provides only access to The Exchange; IHN does not operate or control the information, services, opinions or other content of The Exchange. Participant agrees that it shall make no claim whatsoever against IHN relating to the content of The Exchange or respecting any information, product, service or software ordered through or provided by virtue of The Exchange.

Customer agrees that it shall make no claim whatsoever against SCC relating to the content of the Internet or respecting any information, product, service or software ordered through or provided by virtue of the Internet.
Contents of Communications. 13.1 The Customer shall only use the Services for lawful purposes and is responsible for all communications and use of the Services. The Customer shall not at any time use (or authorize or suffer any other party to use) the Services to receive or transmit material which is in violation of any law or regulation.
