Continuing Obligations and Rights. When any Arbitrable Dispute occurs, the Parties shall continue to make payments of undisputed amounts in accordance with this Agreement, and the Parties shall otherwise continue to exercise their respective rights, and fulfill their respective obligations, under this Agreement. While any friendly consultations or arbitration are pending, no Party shall exercise any other remedies hereunder arising by virtue of the matters in dispute; provided, however, a Party’s right to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Article XVII shall not be suspended during the pendency of any friendly consultations or arbitration.
