Contract Effective Date and Term. This Contract is effective on the date it has been signed by the Parties and all required approvals have been obtained. Consultant shall perform its obligations according to this Contract including, as applicable, through final completion of the construction project and any required post-construction and warranty work unless this Contract is terminated or suspended. Unless otherwise amended or terminated, this Contract shall expire TBD. The required schedule for performance under the Contract is specified in Exhibit A, Statement of Work and Delivery Schedule.
