Common use of Contractor Services Clause in Contracts

Contractor Services. Contractor shall provide to the County the services, products and supplies as described in Attachment A subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Contractor warrants to the County that the services to be provided under this Agreement shall be of the kind and quality that meet generally accepted standards and shall be performed by qualified personnel. Contractor further warrants to the County that all products and supplies used in conjunction with the services provided under this Agreement shall be new and of acceptable quality and quantity to the County.

This is not an exclusive contract and the County may, at its sole discretion, enter into contracts with multiple other contractors to provide the described services.
