Court Selection. If the disputing Participants cannot agree upon a Mediator, a party may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction in Hennepin County, Minnesota, for the appointment of a mediator. Once a Mediator has been appointed, each of the disputing Participants shall participate in such mediation.
