Criminal Violations. Any employee who is arrested for or convicted of any criminal drug law while an employee of the Board is required to notify the DFWP Administrator within five (5) working days of the arrest or conviction. Failure of an employee to notify the DFWP Administrator of an arrest or conviction within five (5) days of the arrest or conviction will result in the termination of the employee immediately upon the Board discovering the arrest or conviction.

Criminal Violations. An offer cannot be accepted for liabilities that resulted from criminal activity including, but not limited to, tax evasion and tax fraud. The State cannot compromise any restitution amount ordered by a court.
Criminal Violations. Collisions resulting in alleged criminal violations of the Revised Code of Washington, as determined by the initial collision investigation, shall be reviewed by the Assistant Chief of Police regardless of their non-preventable or preventable nature. Such incidents will be referred to the Professional Standards Section for investigation.
