Common use of Custodian Agreement Clause in Contracts

Custodian Agreement. Any Custodian Agreement from time to time in effect between the Custodian named therein and the Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, which Custodian Agreement and any amendments, supplements or modifications thereto shall (so long as an Insurer Default shall not have occurred and be continuing) be acceptable to the Security Insurer.
