Customer Equipment. Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

Customer Equipment. 11.01. Customer is responsible for the protection of its generation equipment, inverters, protection devices, and other system components from damage from the normal and abnormal operations that occur on Utility’s electric system in delivering and restoring system power. Customer is also responsible for ensuring that the CRG equipment is inspected, maintained, and tested regularly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure that it is operating correctly and safely. Such inspection shall be made after large storms have traversed Customer’s location and after connection with Utility’s system has been restored.
Customer Equipment. 8.1 Certain elements of the Mobile Services are dependent on the Customer having suitable customer equipment available and in the event that the Customer is unable to provide such Good Customer Service application, which is installed onto the Good Accredited Device by the Customer, enabling connectivity to the Good Service; customer equipment, then:
Customer Equipment. “Customer Equipment” means any Customer-owned or provided software, hardware or services that you elect to use in connection with the Service(s). You agree to allow us and our agents the rights to insert CableCARDs and other hardware in the Customer Equipment, send software and/or downloads to the Customer Equipment and install, configure, maintain, inspect and upgrade the Customer Equipment. You warrant you are either the owner of the Customer Equipment or that you have the authority to give us access to the Customer Equipment. We reserve the right to disallow the use of Customer Equipment that we determine is not compatible with our network. We shall have no obligation to provide, maintain, or service Customer Equipment, including, but not limited to, Customer Equipment to which the Company or a third party has sent software or downloads. If you use Customer Equipment, you agree that the following limitation of liability shall apply: THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCESSFULLY INSTALL, ACCESS, OPERATE, OR USE THE SERVICE(S). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SUCH INSTALLATION, ACCESS, OPERATION, OR USE COULD CAUSE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT TO FAIL TO OPERATE OR COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, YOU, YOUR PREMISES OR COMPANY EQUIPMENT. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SUCH FAILURE OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING LACK OF 911/E911 CAPABILITY OR DIALING ASSOCIATED WITH A SECURITY SYSTEM. YOUR USE OF CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT MAY PREVENT PROVISION OF SERVICE. The foregoing limitation of liability is in addition to and shall not limit any other limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.
Customer Equipment. Customer is responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for connecting to the Point of Demarcation specified in the Service Order. Equipment and service beyond the Point of Demarcation and/or interconnection between Pilot’s facilities and terminal equipment and the wiring at the Point of Demarcation (“Customer Equipment”) shall be the sole responsibility of Customer. Customer must procure and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, Customer Equipment which is technically compatible with the Service and the Pilot network. Pilot shall have no obligation to install, maintain or repair any non-Pilot Equipment, including any Customer Equipment. If, on responding to a Customer initiated service call, Pilot reasonably determines that the cause of the service deficiency was a failure, malfunction or the inadequacy of equipment other than Pilot’s Equipment, Customer shall compensate Pilot for actual time and materials expended during the service call.

Customer Equipment. The personal computer and/or other devices that you use to access the Internet Service must meet minimum configuration standards. Please refer to the Website for the current specifications. Atlantic Broadband does not install, support, maintain, repair or replace third-party hardware, including but not limited to home networks. Any questions concerning third-party hardware should be directed to the manufacturer of that hardware product.

Any Customer Equipment that you use in connection with the Services must meet WOW!’s current minimum technical and other requirements. Those requirements are posted on our website at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx (or on an alternative site if we so notify you). The requirements may be revised by us from time to time. If you install or use Customer Equipment that does not meet the minimum technical or other specifications described above (a “Non-Recommended Configuration”), you agree (i) that the Services or some features of the Services may degrade or fail,
