Customs and Border Protection. If Buyer is the purchaser under this Contract, Seller agrees to participate in such program or to adhere to C-TPAT equivalent standards. Xxxxxx agrees to take no action that will jeopardize Buyer’s C-TPAT status.

Customs and Border Protection. The parties agree that it is important to redouble industry efforts to regain the customs examination work recently outsourced to non-USMX-XXX contractors. The parties agree to commission Xxx Xxxxxxxxx to write a white paper on how this might be accomplished. It is also agreed that once the white paper is completed, USMX and the XXX will jointly approach the Customs and Border Protection agency.

Surplus Buyer agrees to provide Company an End- User/End-Use Certification (in the format attached—EUEUC Document) on its company letterhead, signed by a duly authorized official.
