Date of Performance. If the date of performance of any obligation or the last day of any time period provided for should fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday for City, the obligation will be due and owing, and the time period will expire, on the first day after which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal City holiday. Except as may otherwise be set forth in this Agreement, any performance provided for herein will be timely made if completed no later than 5:00 p.m. (Chandler time) on the day of performance.
Date of Performance. If any date for performance hereunder falls on a Saturday, Sunday or other day which is a federal holiday or holiday under the laws of the state in which the Property is located, the date for such performance shall be the next succeeding business day.

In the event the expiration date of any review period herein specified or the expiration date of any period of time in which a party hereto is to deliver any item to any other party hereto should be a legal holiday in the State of Florida or a Saturday or Sunday, such expiration date shall be extended to the next business day which is not a legal holiday in the State of Florida or a Saturday or Sunday, and such next business day shall be considered such expiration date.
