Dental and Life Insurance Plans. The County's contribution to the dental and life insurance premium (as described in Sections 13.5 and 13.9) is payable monthly. If an employee’s compensation in any month is not sufficient to pay the employee share of the premium, the employee must make up the difference by remitting the amount delinquent to the County. The responsibility for this payment rests solely with the employee.

  • HEALTH AND LIFE INSURANCE The Sheriff will continue to offer to employees of this bargaining unit the same health and life insurance programs being offered to other Sheriff’s Office employees. Due to the changing nature of the health insurance market, the Sheriff retains the right during the term of this Agreement to develop plan changes or to change carriers in order to reduce costs or for other reasons.
