Subtenant shall have the right to enter the Subleased Premises prior to January 1, 2000 to take reasonable preparatory measures for its occupancy of the Subleased Premises, including, without limitation, the installation its trade fixtures, furnishings, and telephone and computer equipment. Such entry shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Sublease, except that Subtenant shall not be required to pay any Rent or Additional Rent on account thereof, during this period Subtenant must be escorted by a Xerox employee.
