For the purpose of driver’s meals, the driver and bus may be away from the site for a period not to exceed one (1) hours per earned meal.

Down Time. If an employee working on an incentive standard is required to wait for reasons beyond the control of the employee, the employee will be paid for the entire time lost at the employee's incentive base rate provided the employee punches out and the supervisor or the representative designated in the supervisor's absence is notified at the start of the delay period, or as soon thereafter as is practicable and the employee punches back in as soon as the idle period ends.
