Services provided by Engineer will be billed at the hourly rates specified in Exhibit B. These fees will cover all of Engineer’s overhead costs, including but not limited to, office rent, long distance telephone charges, postage, payroll and copying charges. The Authority agrees to reimburse the Engineer for certain authorized and approved travel expenses incurred by the Engineer during the Term and directly resulting from the Engineer’s performance of the Services under this Contract.
