Effective Date and Availability of Grant Funds. This Agreement is effective on the date on which every party has signed this Agreement and all required State approvals have been obtained (“Effective Date”). Grant Funds under this Agreement are available for eligible costs as defined in Sections 4 and 6 incurred beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of the termination of this Agreement or the Project End Date provided in Attachment A. DLCD’s obligation to disburse Grant Funds under this Agreement ends 60 days after the earlier of termination of this Agreement or the Project End Date.
