Common use of Electronic Tracking Agreement Clause in Contracts

Electronic Tracking Agreement. To the extent Seller is selling Mortgage Loans which are registered on the MERS System and to the extent Trust Mortgage Loans owned by the Trust Subsidiary are registered on the MERS System, upon request of Buyer, Electronic Tracking Agreements entered into, duly executed and delivered by the parties thereto and being in full force and effect (subject to the following proviso), free of any modification, breach or waiver; provided that executed signature pages by MERS and MERSCORP, Inc. may be produced following the dates hereof.
