Employee Conflicts of Interest. All Charter School employees shall comply with Board policies and regulations, and applicable state law, concerning employee actual and potential conflicts of interest. The Charter School shall not place an employee under the direct supervision of, nor shall an employee be evaluated by, a member of the employee’s immediate family.
