EMPLOYEE DRUG TESTING PROGRAM. The Contractor shall demonstrate to the Owner, in a manner acceptable to the Owner, that the Contractor has initiated, and shall maintain through the completion of the Work of the Project, an employee drug testing program.

EMPLOYEE DRUG TESTING PROGRAM. Contractor shall certify to Owner that Contractor has initiated, and shall maintain through the completion of the Work of the Project, an employee drug testing program. Contractor shall provide a copy of the company’s drug testing policy for the Owner’s file.
EMPLOYEE DRUG TESTING PROGRAM. Contractor shall have in place, and maintain during the period of the contract, an employee drug-testing program. The City of Bend retains the right to audit and/or monitor the program. On request by the Project Manager or designee, the Contractor shall furnish a copy of the employee drug-testing program.
