Common use of Employment of the Employee Clause in Contracts

Employment of the Employee. The Corporation shall employ the Employee, and the Employee shall serve the Corporation, in the position of General Counsel on the conditions and for the remuneration hereinafter set out. In such position, the Employee shall perform and fulfill such duties and responsibilities as the Corporation may designate from time to time. The Employee shall report to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.

The Corporation shall employ the Employee, and the Employee shall serve the Corporation, in the position of General Counsel Vice-President, Sales on the conditions and for the remuneration hereinafter set out. In such position, the Employee shall perform and fulfill such duties and responsibilities as the Corporation may designate from time to time. The Employee shall report to the Chairman President and Chief Executive Operating Officer of the Corporation.

Employment of the Employee. The Corporation shall employ the Employee, and the Employee shall serve the Corporation, in the position of General Counsel Executive Vice-President, Information Systems on the conditions and for the remuneration hereinafter set out. In such position, the Employee shall perform and or fulfill such duties and responsibilities as the Corporation may designate from time to timetime and as are reasonably consistent with the position of Executive Vice President, Information Systems. The Employee shall report to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.
