Common use of Employment with the Company Clause in Contracts

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of Texas Roadhouse, Inc., and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to Texas Roadhouse, Inc.’s wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Texas Roadhouse, Inc., and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him her from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to Texas Roadhouse, Inc.’s wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer President of Texas Roadhouse, Inc., and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to Texas Roadhouse, Inc.’s wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chairman, Chief Executive Financial Officer of Texas Roadhouse, Inc., and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to Texas Roadhouse, Inc.’s wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chairman, Chief Executive Marketing Officer of Texas Roadhouse, Inc., and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to Texas Roadhouse, Inc.’s wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chairman, Chief Executive Operating Officer of Texas Roadhouse, Inc., and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to Texas Roadhouse, Inc.’s wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. Employment with the Company.
