Common use of Exercise Period Clause in Contracts

Exercise Period. The Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or part, the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance hereof and prior to the tenth anniversary thereof (the "Exercise Period"). The Company shall give the Registered Holder written notice of the expiration of the Exercise Period at least 30 days but not more than 90 days prior to the end of the Exercise Period.

Exercise Period. The Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or part, exercise the purchase rights represented by this Warrant in accordance with Sections 1.2 and 1.3 at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance hereof to and prior to including the tenth fifth anniversary thereof of the Date of Issuance (the "Exercise Period"). The Company shall will give the Registered Holder written notice of the expiration of the Exercise Period at least 30 days but not more than 90 days prior to the end expiration of the Exercise Period.

Exercise Period. The Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or partin part (but not as to a fractional share of Common Stock), the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance hereof to and prior to including the tenth 10th anniversary thereof (the "“Exercise Period"”). The Company shall give the Registered Holder written notice of the expiration of the Exercise Period rights hereunder at least 30 days but not more than 90 days prior to the end of the Exercise Period.

The Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or partin part (but not as to a fractional share of Warrant Stock, unless such exercise is in full), the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance hereof to and prior to including the tenth anniversary thereof of the Date of Issuance (the "“Exercise Period"”). The Company shall give the Registered Holder written notice of the expiration of the Exercise Period at least 30 10 days but not more than 90 60 days prior to the end of the Exercise Period.

The Company shall give the Registered Holder written notice of the expiration of the Exercise Period rights hereunder at least 30 days but not more than 90 days prior to the end of the Exercise Period.

Exercise Period. Exercise Period. The Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or partin part (but not as to a fractional share of Common Stock), the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance hereof time, to and prior to the tenth anniversary thereof including October 29, 2009 (the "Exercise Period"). The Company shall will give the Registered Holder written notice of the expiration of the Exercise Period at least 30 days but not more than 90 days prior to the end expiration of the Exercise Period.

Exercise Period. The Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or partin part (but not as to a fractional share of Common Stock), the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Determination Date of Issuance hereof to and prior to including the date that is the tenth (10th) anniversary thereof of the original date of issuance (the "“Exercise Period"”). The Company shall Parent will give the Registered Holder written notice of the expiration of the Exercise Period at least 30 days but not more than 90 days prior to the end expiration of the Exercise Period.

The Company shall give the Registered Holder written notice of the expiration of the Exercise Period at least 30 days but not more than 90 days prior to the end of the Exercise Period.

Exercise Period. The Registered Holder may exercise, in whole or partin part (but not as to a fractional share of Common Stock), the purchase rights represented by this Warrant at any time and from time to time after the Date of Issuance hereof to and prior to the tenth anniversary thereof including March , 2008 (the "“Exercise Period"”). The Company shall give the Registered Holder written notice of the expiration of the Exercise Period at least 30 days days, but not more than 90 days days, prior to the end of the Exercise Period.
