Exhibits E and F. (a) The Parties acknowledge that Exhibits E and F appended hereto may contain subject matter which, (i) may be considered preliminary in nature and such subject matter may require revision during the Term; and (ii) may not be available in final form until after the Effective Date. The Parties shall, after the Effective Date, utilize reasonable efforts to (i) revise such subject matter in a timely manner should the circumstances applicable thereto warrant such revision, and (ii) add or include subject matter into such Exhibit as it becomes available. If the Parties cannot agree on the revisions to, or additions of, subject matter applicable to such Exhibit, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with Article 24. Upon finalization of any revision of, or addition to, subject matter of such Exhibit, the revised Exhibit shall be incorporated and made part of this Agreement.

Any capitalized terms used in any Schedule or Exhibit but not otherwise defined therein shall be defined as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Schedules; Exhibits; Integration Each schedule and exhibit delivered pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be in writing and shall constitute a part of this Agreement, although schedules need not be attached to each copy of this Agreement.
