Expenditure Limit. Contractor shall notify the DPA in writing when the expenditures against the Contract reach seventy-five percent (75%) of the dollar limit on the Contract. County is not responsible for any expenditure overruns and will not pay for work exceeding the dollar limit on the Contract unless an amendment to cover those costs has been executed.
