Expiry Time. At the Expiry Time, all rights under the Warrants evidenced hereby, in respect of which the right of subscription and purchase herein provided for shall not theretofore have been exercised, shall expire and be of no further force and effect.
Expiry Time. After the Expiry Time, all rights under this Compensation Option Certificate and any outstanding Options evidenced hereby, in respect of which the right of subscription and purchase herein provided for shall not have been exercised, shall wholly cease and terminate and this Compensation Option Certificate and the Options evidenced hereby shall be void and of no value or effect.
Expiry Time. 3.1 After the Expiry Time, all rights under any Warrants evidenced hereby which remain unexercised at the Expiry Time shall wholly cease and terminate and such Warrants shall be null and void and of no value or effect.
Expiry Time. At the Expiry Time, all rights under the BEE Warrants evidenced hereby, in respect of which the right of subscription and purchase herein provided for shall not theretofore have been exercised, shall expire and be of no further force and effect.
Expiry Time. After the Expiry Time, all rights under this Warrant Certificate and any outstanding Warrants evidenced hereby, in respect of which the right of subscription and purchase herein provided for shall not have been exercised, shall wholly cease and terminate and this Warrant Certificate and the Warrants evidenced hereby shall be void and of no value or effect.
Expiry Time. (a) The rights granted hereunder to purchase Common Shares may be exercised (subject to vesting as set out in section 5) at or before the earlier of:
Expiry Time. 3.1 The Warrants will expire at 5:00 p.m. (PST), on the last day of the Exercise Period (the “Expiry Time”). After the Expiry Time, if the Warrants have not yet been exercised, all rights under the Warrants evidenced hereby shall wholly cease and terminate and such Warrants shall be null and void and of no value or effect.
Expiry Time. At the Expiry Time, all rights under the Special Warrants evidenced hereby, in respect of which the right to acquire Warrants herein provided for shall not theretofore have been exercised, shall expire and be of no further force and effect.
Expiry Time. All Warrants represented by this Warrant Certificate shall be exercisable at any time from the date hereof until the Expiry Time, after which all rights evidenced hereby shall be void and of no further value or effect. Nothing contained herein shall confer any right upon the Holder to subscribe for or purchase Common Shares at any time after the Expiry Time.
Expiry Time. The initial Expiry Time will be 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on the 36th calendar day after the date on which the Offer Documents are mailed to Target Shareholders (or, if such 36th day is not a business day, on the next succeeding business day); provided that, if the conditions set forth in Schedule 1.1 are not satisfied at the Expiry Time, SS&C may extend the Expiry Time, one or more times, in its sole discretion, subject only to section 2.5.
