Facility Use Fee. LRCEA shall not be charged for the use of District facilities provided that the use pertains to rights under the EERB. If the use is for any other reason, LRCEA shall pay a reasonable facility use fee.
Facility Use Fee. Licensee shall pay in full to the Township a license fee in the amount of $ .00 dollars, due immediately upon entering into this Agreement.
Facility Use Fee. In order to guarantee the reservation, the Client is required to make full payment of the fee corresponding to the facilities being rented pursuant to the Facility Rate Schedule effective at the time of application. Until the full contract and payment has been received, the reservation only places a hold on the requested time slot but is not secured. In the event of a scheduling conflict, the City will make good faith effort to contact the Client to finalize the reservation. However the City reserves the right to bump any incomplete reservations in favor of a completed reservation after a good faith effort has been made to contact the first Client. Checks must be made payable to the City of Coquille. A floor maintenance fee is included with all rentals of the Community Center in addition to the rental rates, which may not be waived. See Rate Schedule in Appendix B.
Facility Use Fee. Facility User shall pay the Facility Use Fee to the Owner at the Owner’s address 14 days prior to specific use date.
Facility Use Fee. The use fee for the contracted room(s) is required to be paid in full at least sixty (60) days prior to the event date. If payment is submitted less than sixty (60) days prior to the event, a late fee of $100 will be charged.
Facility Use Fee. The City of Osborn will charge a facility use fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00), to Xxxxxx R-0 for the 2018 fall softball season.
Facility Use Fee. XXXX agrees and understands that City reserves the right to, upon written notice and prior to XXXX’s registration for the upcoming season, charge a fee, per participant, for use of the facilities.

Facility Use Fee. Laboratory shall charge a facility use fee in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) for each test it gives. It may not charge any fees for the testing other than those which are reimbursable by means of the test subjects’ insurers. The City intends to use the Facility Use Fees it collects for the maintenance and repair of the Property which is required on account of the Laboratory’s use of the Facility, it being the City’s intent to see to it that COVID-19 testing is available to its residents on as close to a free basis as possible.
Facility Use Fee. The use fee for the contracted room(s) is required to be paid in full no later than fourteen (14) days following the event date. Invoices shall be provided upon request.
