Failure to Make. Payment In the event a participating Authorized User fails to make payment to the Contractor for Products delivered, accepted and properly invoiced, within 30 calendar days of such delivery and acceptance, the Contractor may, upon five business days advance written notice to both the Commissioner and the Authorized User’s purchasing official, suspend additional provision of Products to such entity until such time as reasonable arrangements have been made and assurances given by such entity for current and future Contract payments.
Failure to Make. Payments When Due --------------------------------- Failure to pay any installment of principal of the Bridge Loan when due, whether at stated maturity, by acceleration, by notice of prepayment or otherwise (whether or not such payment is prohibited by Section 8); or failure to pay any interest on the Bridge Loan or any other amount due under this Agreement within five days or more after the date due (whether or not such payment is prohibited by Section 8); or
Failure to Make. CAPITATION PAYMENTS ----------------------------------- Failure by TDH to make capitation payments when due is a default under this contract.
