Failure to Make Required Payment. The failure by the County to make, when due, any undisputed payment required pursuant to this Agreement, if such failure is not remedied within 30 days after written notice;
Failure to Make Required Payment. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, if a Common Unitholder fails to make a required capital contribution or other required payment to the Company, in part or in full, and such default remains uncured for a period of ten Business Days, the Company shall be permitted to declare such Common Unitholder (any such Common Unitholder, a “Defaulting Unitholder” and, collectively with any other Common Unitholders declared to be in default, the “Defaulting Unitholders”) to be in default of its obligations and shall be permitted to pursue one or any combination of the following remedies:

  • Required Payments Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, any payment of Tax required shall be due within 30 days of a Final Determination of the amount of such Tax.

  • Failure to Make Advances The failure of any Lender to make the Advance to be made by it on the date specified in Section 2.03(c) shall not relieve any other Lender of its obligation hereunder to make its Advance on such date, but no Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to make the Advance to be made by such other Lender on such date.
