Common use of Failure to Return Clause in Contracts

Failure to Return. If the employee does not return to work upon expiration of an authorized unpaid leave of absence, that employee shall be terminated.

Failure to Return. If Any employee who fails to return upon the employee does not return to work upon expiration of an authorized unpaid any leave of absence, that employee absence without pay shall be terminatedregarded as having automatically resigned.
