Federal Certifications. Grantee further certifies that, to the extent federal certifications are incorporated into the Grant Agreement, the Grantee has reviewed the federal certifications and that Grantee is in compliance with all requirements. In addition, Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations, as they may pertain to this Grant Agreement.

Performing Agency certifies that, to the extent federal certifications are incorporated into the Contract under the Signature Document, the Performing Agency has reviewed the federal certifications and that Performing Agency is in compliance with all requirements. In addition, Performing Agency certifies that it is and shall remain in compliance with all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations, as they may pertain to this Contract.

Federal Certifications. Individuals and Organizations receiving federal funds must ensure compliance with certain certifications required by federal laws and regulations. The contractor is hereby complying with Certifications regarding Nondiscrimination, Drug-Free Workplace Requirements, Environmental Tobacco Smoke, Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion Lower Tier Covered Transactions, and Lobbying. These assurances and certifications are to be signed by the contractor’s authorized representative.
Federal Certifications. Local Government further certifies, to the extent Federal Certifications are incorporated into the Contract under the Signature Document, that the Federal Certifications have been reviewed, and that Local Government is in compliance with each of the requirements reflected therein. In addition, Local Government certifies that it is in compliance with all applicable federal laws, rules, or regulations, as they may pertain to this Contract.
Federal Certifications. To the extent that they are applicable, Contractor further certifies that the Federal Certifications in Exhibit II and Exhibit III have been reviewed, and that Contractor is in compliance with each of the requirements reflected therein. Contractor must execute the forms and return to County prior to start of performance.
Federal Certifications a. Contractor shall comply with Executive Order 11246, "Equal Employment Opportunity" as amended by Executive Order 11375, "Amending Executive Order 11246 relating to Equal Employment Opportunity", and as supplemented by regulations at 41 CFR Part 60, "Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, Equal Employment Opportunity Department of Labor". Contractor shall ensure that all subcontracts comply with the above referenced provisions.
Federal Certifications. NTFB further certifies that the Federal Certification set forth in Exhibit D of this AGREEMENT, which is attached and incorporated by reference, has been reviewed and that NTFB is in compliance with each of the requirements reflected therein. In addition, NTFB certifies that it is in compliance with all applicable federal laws, rules, or regulations, including but not limited to those listed in Exhibit B as they may pertain to this AGREEMENT.
Federal Certifications. To the extent that they are applicable, Contractor further certifies that the Federal Certifications also in Attachment A have been reviewed, and that Contractor is in compliance with each of the requirements reflected therein. Contractor must execute the forms included in Attachment A. The Federal Certifications form must be executed by Contractor’s authorized signatory.
