Common use of Fees and Expenses Paid Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expenses Paid. There shall have been paid to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, all fees due and payable on or before the Closing Date (including, without limitation, commitment fees that have accrued to the Closing Date and all fees described in the Letter Agreement), and all expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses) due and payable on or before the Closing Date.
