Filing of Grievances. Grievances shall be filed on a form agreed upon by the parties, and attached hereto as Appendix A. Such grievance shall contain a brief statement of the nature of the grievance, and the specific provision(s) of the Agreement alleged to have been violated. Failure to process a grievance within the time limit noted above shall be deemed waived.

Filing of Grievances. All documents, communications, and records dealing with the processing of a grievance will be filed separately from the personnel files of the parties.

All information pertinent in any case referred to the National Grievance Committee must be forwarded to the Employer and Union Chairmen or their designated alternates at least (15) days prior to the Grievance Committee hearing. This material shall include all grievance committee minutes, transcripts, records and documents related to the referred case.
