Common use of Fiscal Periods Clause in Contracts

Fiscal Periods. Unless the context of this Agreement or any other Loan Document clearly requires otherwise, all references to a fiscal month, Fiscal Quarter or Fiscal Year ending on a certain date shall be deemed to refer to the fiscal month, Fiscal Quarter or Fiscal Year, respectively, ending on or closest to such date; provided that this Section 1.06 shall not apply to any references to fiscal months, fiscal quarters or fiscal years that are expressly stated to relate to any Person other than a Loan Party.
