Flood Zone. None of the Improvements on the Property are located in an area as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards or, if so located, the flood insurance required pursuant to Section 6.1(a)(i) hereof is in full force and effect with respect to the Property.

Flood Zone. None of the improvements on any of the Properties is located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency or the Federal Insurance Administration as a “100 year flood plain” or as having special flood hazards (including Zones A and V), or, to the extent that any portion of any of the Properties is located in such an area, such Property is covered by flood insurance in an amount equal to the maximum limit of coverage available under the National Flood Insurance Program.
Flood Zone. To the best of Borrower's knowledge, after due inquiry, no Improvements on the Property are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards.
