Form of Subcontract Sample Clauses

Form of Subcontract. Upon request, Contractor shall submit to Owner Parties for prior review and approval the form of Subcontract. If Owner Parties disapprove such form, Contractor shall revise and resubmit to Owner Parties the form of Subcontract until approved. Owner Parties’ review, comment upon, and approval of, any such form, shall not relieve Contractor of its obligations under this Agreement. Unless otherwise waived in writing by Owner, all Subcontracts shall be awarded on a fixed lump-sum price basis. Upon request, Contractor shall supply Owner Parties with copies of all fully-signed Subcontracts.

Form of Subcontract. 4.2.1 All Subcontracts shall be on the State of Ohio Subcontract Form prescribed by OAC Section 153:1-03-02.
Form of Subcontract. Upon approval of the form Subcontract submitted to the Company in connection with the Implementation Plan, the IC shall use the Approved Subcontract Form with all Subcontractors. The IC shall notify the Company in the event that any Subcontract differs in any material respect from the Approved Subcontract Form. The Approved Subcontract Form may not be amended or modified without the Company’s prior consent.
