Common use of Full Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Full Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising between the Parties with respect to this Agreement, including any dispute, controversy or claim relating to any Excepted Decision (each, a “Dispute”), shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a panel of three (3) arbitrators in accordance with the rules of the ICC in effect at the time the proceeding is initiated; provided, that, any Dispute as to an Excepted Decision shall be resolved pursuant to Section 14.1.2. In any such arbitration, the following procedures shall apply:
