Common use of Funding Account Clause in Contracts

Funding Account. The Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Agent, on the Effective Date, a notice setting forth the deposit account of the Borrower Representative (the “Funding Account”) to which the Agent is authorized by the Borrower to transfer the proceeds of any Advances requested pursuant to this Agreement. The Borrower Representative may designate a replacement Funding Account from time to time by written notice to the Agent. Any designation by the Borrower Representative of the Funding Account must be reasonably acceptable to the Agent.

Funding Account. The Borrower Representative shall deliver have delivered to the Agent, on the Effective Original Closing Date, a notice setting forth the deposit account of the Borrower Representative (the “Funding Account”) to which the Agent is authorized by the Borrower to transfer the proceeds of any Advances requested pursuant to this Agreement. The Borrower Representative may designate a replacement Funding Account from time to time by written notice executed by an Authorized Officer delivered to the Agent. Any designation by the Borrower Representative of the Funding Account must be reasonably acceptable to the Agent.

The Borrower Representative may designate a one or more replacement Funding Account Accounts or additional Funding Accounts from time to time by written notice executed by an Authorized Officer delivered to the Agent. Any designation by the Borrower Representative of the Funding Account must be reasonably acceptable to the Agent.
