Authority to Enter Into Settlement Agreement 5.1 CAG represents that its signatory to this Settlement Agreement has full authority to enter into and legally bind CAG to this Settlement Agreement.
Rollovers of Exxon Xxxxxx Settlement Payments If you receive a qualified settlement payment from Exxon Xxxxxx litigation, you may roll over the amount of the settlement, up to $100,000, reduced by the amount of any qualified Exxon Xxxxxx settlement income previously contributed to a Traditional or Xxxx XXX or eligible retirement plan in prior taxable years. You will have until your tax return due date (not including extensions) for the year in which the qualified settlement income is received to make the rollover contribution. Objections to Settlement 7.7.1 Only Participating Class Members may object to the class action components of the Settlement and/or this Agreement, including contesting the fairness of the Settlement, and/or amounts requested for the Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and/or Class Representative Service Payment.
Clearance and Settlement Procedures (a) General Notes distributed solely within the United States shall clear and settle through the DTC System, and Notes distributed solely outside of the United States shall clear and settle through the systems operated by Euroclear, Clearstream and/or any other designated clearing system or, in certain cases, DTC.
PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT 28. Acceptance of this Settlement Agreement shall be sought at a hearing of the Central Regional Council of the MFDA on a date agreed to by counsel for Staff and the Respondent.
Dues Authorization Employees covered by the Certification shall as a condition of continuing employment authorize deductions from their monthly salary of union dues, or the amount equivalent to dues. Failure to authorize such deductions shall constitute cause for dismissal.
Representative's Authority to Contract By signing this contract, the representative of the contractor thereby represents that such person is duly authorized by the contractor to execute this contract on behalf of the contractor and that the contractor agrees to be bound by the provisions thereof.

Authority to Sign If this document is not signed by all of the persons comprising the Supplier, any person who has signed this document warrants to DFMC that it is duly authorised to sign and bind all the persons comprising the Supplier.
