General Liability Coverage - Occurrence Form Required Coverage A shall include bodily injury and property damage liability for premises, operations, products and completed operations, independent contractors, contractual liability covering this agreement, contract or lease, broad form property damage coverages, and property damage resulting from explosion, collapse or underground (x,c,u) exposures. Coverage B shall include personal injury. Coverage C, medical payments, is not required. The Contractor is required to continue to purchase products and completed operations coverage, at least to satisfy this agreement, contract or lease, for a minimum of three years beyond the County’s acceptance of renovation or construction projects. Business Auto Liability Coverage Business Auto Liability coverage is to include bodily injury and property damage arising out of ownership, maintenance or use of any auto, including owned, nonowned and hired automobiles and employee nonownership use.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Each Party shall be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.

The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:

  • Umbrella Liability Insurance Liability on a following form basis with a limit $1,000,000 per occurrence in excess of all primary limits.

  • Umbrella or Excess Liability Insurance 1) May be used to achieve the above minimum liability limits.
