The Authority’s General Manager shall (1) serve as the Project Director responsible for advancing the Sites Reservoir Project, (2) be a non-voting member of the Committee, (3) ensure coordination of activities between the Authority and Committee, (4) convene, on an as needed basis, legal representatives from the Project Agreement Members and Authority Members to advise the General Manager on legal matters that will be reported to the Committee and Authority on a timely basis, and (5) coordinate the activities between the Committee and both the United States Bureau of Reclamation and Department of Water Resources.
