Government Officials. Government officials and equivalent personnel who are sent by the government of a Party to the territory of the other Party are subject only to the legislation of the first mentioned Party. These persons are, for this purpose, considered to be resident in the territory of this Party, even if they are located in the territory of the other Party.
Government Officials. No person employed by such Party in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement is an official of the government of any foreign country, or of any agency thereof, and no part of any moneys or consideration paid to such Party hereunder shall accrue for the benefit of any such official.
Government Officials. All government employees or officials who register to attend the Event must identify themselves as government employees or officials on the Registration Site. Each government employee or official who attends the Event also must confirm that s/he will abide by all relevant rules and regulations imposed by his or her employing agency during the Event, including those rules and regulations relating to the acceptance and disclosure of gifts and gratuities.
Government Officials. All government employees or officials who register to attend the Event must identify themselves as government employees or officials on the Registration Site. SECURITY AppDynamics is committed to providing a safe and secure environment. Here are some of the security procedures for the Event: • Badges must be worn and visible at all times while you are at the Event venues, events or activities. Badges may not be shared or exchanged with any person or persons. Violators’ Badges may be confiscated and their participation in the Event terminated. • Bags may be checked randomly during Event hours. • No bags or property should be left unattended at any time. Unattended property may be removed. • Except as specifically pre-approved in writing, no persons under 21 years of age will be permitted at the Event, including in breakout sessions, keynotes and all other Event venues. • Items prohibited at the Event include: firearms and/or other weapons, explosives and/or other hazardous materials or articles. • AppDynamics reserves the right to take any security measures it deems appropriate to increase the safety of Attendees and exhibitors, without prior notice. AppDynamics reserves the right to change the policies set forth herein, without prior notice, and has sole discretion to deny entry to anyone.
Government Officials. Business Associate shall make its internal practices, books and records relating to the Use and Disclosure of Protected Information available to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) for purposes of determining KP’s compliance with the Privacy Rule. Business Associate shall notify KP regarding any Protected Information that Business Associate provides to the Secretary concurrently with providing such Protected Information to the Secretary, and upon KP’s request, shall provide KP with a duplicate copy of such Protected Information.
Government Officials. If you are a government employee or official, you must (i) identify yourself as such during the registration process for the Event (you may be asked to provide additional information regarding your government credentials); (ii) if you are offered free or discounted participation in the Event, disclose your participation to your employing government agency in advance, and obtain such agency’s permission for you to accept free or discounted participation; (iii) confirm your compliance with the foregoing upon request by Mimecast; and (iv) ensure that your registration and participation in the Event is consistent with your employing agency’s policies and/or the guidance issued by United States Office of Government Ethics regarding gifts and gratuities.

Government Officials. From and after -------------------- the date hereof, G-Modelo and the G-Modelo Corporations have the continued intention to cause their officers and employees to conduct their businesses so as to comply in all material respects with all Federal, state and local Mexican laws, including those concerning payments of money or other things of value to government officials and to refrain from making or authorizing an offer or payment of money or other thing of value, directly or indirectly, (a) to or for the benefit of a government official in order to obtain the wrongful performance or omission of any acts related to the duties of such gov- ernment official, or (b) to a political party or caxxx- date when such contributions are not made in the form and within the limits permitted by Mexican law so as to wrongfully influence any official act or decision or to wrongfully induce such party or candidate to wrongfully use its or his influence with the government to affect or influence any act or decision of government.
Government Officials. Services Partner affirms that (i) none of its owners, directors, employees and, to its knowledge, third parties involved in the performance of this Agreement is a Government Official or a Close Family Member of a Government Official with the ability, or appearance of ability, to influence the performance of this Agreement; or that (ii) it has fully described any such relationship in writing to Agiloft’s legal department (xxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx) and received written acknowledgement from Agiloft’s legal department of such disclosure. For the purposes of this Agreement, (a) “Government Official” means an officer or employee of any government; officer or employee of any public international organization; officer or employee of any department, agency, or instrumentality of any government or of any public international organization; officer or employee of any government-owned or government-controlled company; a political party; a political party official; or anyone, whether a private person or otherwise, acting in an official capacity on behalf of any of the above or of any government entity, and (b) “Close Family Member of a Government Official” means a Government Official’s spouse, a Government Official’s or the spouse’s grandparents, parents, siblings, children, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and first cousins; the spouse of any of the foregoing; or any other person who shares the same household with the Government Official. In the event that during the Term, there is a change in the information described in this paragraph, Services Partner shall promptly disclose such change to Agiloft’s legal department in writing at xxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx.
Government Officials. Registered Partner is prohibited from paying expenses for travel, lodging, gifts, hospitality, entertainment, or charitable contributions for Government Officials Governmental Entity , department, agency, instrumentality, state-owned or state-controlled (in whole or in part) company, public international organization, political party, or entity that is financed in large measure through public appropriations, is widely perceived to be performing government functions, or has its key officers and directors appointed by a government. Government Official means (i) any public or elected official or officer, employee (regardless of rank), or person acting on behalf of a Governmental Entity; and (ii) any party official or candidate for political office or any person acting on behalf of such party official or candidate for political office.
