Common use of Guests Clause in Contracts

Guests. a. Resident is responsible for the behavior of their guests. University reserves the right to restrict the number of nights any non-resident may spend as an overnight guest in the residence halls or University Commons Apartments. University reserves the right to restrict access by guests who have violated University policy and/or present a threat to the safety or security of other residents. All applicable policies regarding guests must be adhered to.
