Hiring Manager. A University employee who requests a position(s) to be filled and selects the individual to fill the position in accordance with this Article.
Hiring Manager. This access is for hiring managers to create requests to fill, obtain approvals for hire, and view and manage referral lists. RTWCoord This is access for the Return to Work Coordinator so they can view RWD applications.
Hiring Manager. The elected official or department head will select an individual to serve as the hiring manager. The hiring manager must be a Bannock County employee and typically is the direct supervisor for the position. The hiring manager is responsible for ensuring that the recruitment process is followed in an effective manner. Some typical duties include preparing a recruitment plan with Human Resources, coordinating search panel meetings, coordinating applicant screening, scheduling interviews, completing and submitting recruitment documentation, and communicating with applicants.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed. Grievances of a general nature may be initiated by a member of the Union Committee in step two of the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9.04.
