Hosting Infrastructure. Contractor shall provide all hosting infrastructure, including, but not limited to, hardware, software and other equipment, at Contractor’s hosting site as required to provide hosting and deliver the SaaS Application and Services.

Hosting Infrastructure. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or the applicable Quote, Customer acknowledges that certain functionality may only be available within the AWS hosting infrastructure (“AWS”). Such functionality may only be accessed upon deployment within AWS which shall be in Service Provider’s sole discretion. Service Provider shall take commercially reasonable efforts to enable such functionality within 6 months of the Effective Date of the applicable Quote, provided that any delay in access (or enablement as the case may be) shall not be deemed to be a breach by Service Provider or its subcontractors and Service Provider shall have no liability under this Agreement for such features until Customer’s access is enabled.

Hosting Infrastructure. Govt. Department will provide bank with the information where it wants to get the product hosted. If it is outside bank’s server then, Govt. Department needs to provide complete information and services (Hardware & Software) as required for hosting the product. Data will belong to Govt. Department and it only should have access to it. In case Govt. Department chooses to give access/permission to Service Vendor for support/maintenance, bank is indemnified from any risk of potential data leakage. Bank doesn’t take any responsibility for the implementation and financial losses if any. Training A proper training on how to use and perform activities on the FDMS product will be given Govt. The Service shall be fully accessible, usable and functional in accordance with the specifications and requirements of this Agreement at all times during the Term (as hereinafter defined), twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year, other than for emergency maintenance and regularly scheduled maintenance that may only be conducted during non-peak usage periods. If the Vocus Server becomes inoperative for a total aggregate” of forty-eight (48) hours in any seven (7) day period except for force majeure, then PRN shall have the right, at its sole election, to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Vocus to such effect, or to host the Service on a different server and to deduct any costs in connection therewith from amounts otherwise due and owing to Vocus hereunder.
Hosting Infrastructure. Where Dynamic hosts the LMS platform, Dynamic supports the LMS platform and also supports and manages the server hardware, server software and backups. If the client elects to host the LMS platform internally, then Dynamic will only support the LMS platform application. The responsibility for managing and monitoring the server hardware, server software, uptime and backups, all rest with the client. Dynamic uses Amito as our hosting partner. Amito is a trading name of BBS Commerce Ltd, who are experts in the provision of internet infrastructure and hosting services. Dynamic utilises a private cloud infrastructure with dedicated storage and backup. Amito is certified to the following standards: BS EN ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management Systems) ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Information Security Management Systems) The primary data centre is located in Reading, is Tier 3+ and fully resilient. The off-site backup is in Manchester giving a separation of over 200 miles. The BS and ISO certificates are available for inspection by prospective clients. Further information about the data centre architecture, server hardware, power, cooling, fire protection and security can be supplied upon request. At no time does the client need to liaise directly with Xxxxx. All support for the LMS platform and the hosting of the platform on the private cloud hosting infrastructure is provided by Dynamic through our helpdesk service.

GCP is responsible for securing the server hardware and its operating system, and Sequence employees don't have access to the server directly so the risk of the systems being tampered with are reduced. Logs and audit trails from all environments are captured and stored to detect, alert and investigate risks and security incidents. All customer data is stored on Google Cloud platform databases: data is continually backed up and backups are stored in Google Cloud Platform storage buckets.

Hosting Infrastructure. Unite Us shall be solely responsible for the setup, configuration, operation and management of the Services and the Unite Us Infrastructure. The Unite Us Infrastructure used to provide the Services shall be hosted at a physical location in the United States. In no event shall Unite Us copy, store, access, process or maintain any Personal Information outside of the United States. From time to time Unite Us may maintain back-up copies of Personal Information at offsite data storage locations within the United States.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Information Systems 5.1. The Customer is aware that vehicles manufactured, supplied or marketed by a company within the Volvo Group are equipped with one or more systems which may gather and store information about the vehicle (the “Information Systems”), including but not limited to information relating to vehicle condition and performance and information relating to the operation of the vehicle (together, the “Vehicle Data”). The Customer agrees not to interfere with the operation of the Information System in any way.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
