Identification of Users. 1. The Borrower will be required to identify in a completed Authorized Signatory Letter (ASL) duly delivered to and received by the Bank each person who will be authorized to deliver Applications. The Bank will provide SIDC to each person identified in the ASL (Signatory), as provided below. The Borrower shall also immediately notify the Bank if a Signatory is no longer authorized by the Borrower to act as a Signatory.

Identification of Users. Customer shall identify the Users to StreetLight and shall supply only Users identified to StreetLight with access to the Data Products and Subscribed Output. Customer shall supply Users access to the Data Products and Subscribed Output only in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Each Signatory must register as a user on the Bank’s Client Connection (CC) website (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx ) prior to delivery of Tokens. Registration on CC will require that the Signatory establish a CC password (CC Password). The Signatory shall not reveal his/her CC Password to anyone or store or record the CC Password in written or other form. Upon registration as a CC user, the Signatory will be assigned a unique identifying account name.

If additional Users are desired, or if a User needs to be removed for any reason, NemoursLink Partner will complete the NemoursLink Partner Access/Change Request form and contact the Technical Liaison to effect these changes.

  • Identification Cards Identification (“ID”) cards are issued by Us for identification purposes only. Possession of any ID card confers no right to services or benefits under this Contract. To be entitled to such services or benefits, Your Premiums must be paid in full at the time that the services are sought to be received.

  • Identification Badges Identification badges will be supplied by Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH) to all credentialed individuals who are providing services to children. Badges must be presented to the child/youth and any present adults at the time of service and must be worn for the duration of the service. Badges will be updated every two years during the re- credentialing process. Any individual or agency who fails to submit a photo ID to ABH within the designated timeframe will have their credentialing status terminated.

  • Identification Card Any cards issued to Members are for identification only.

  • Non-Identification Approved Users agree not to use the requested datasets, either alone or in concert with any other information, to identify or contact individual participants from whom data and/or samples were collected. Approved Users also agree not to generate information (e.g., facial images or comparable representations) that could allow the identities of research participants to be readily ascertained.
