Importer of Record. If any Goods are imported, Seller shall when possible allow AGILENT to be the importer of record, unless otherwise specified or approved by AGILENT. If AGILENT is not the importer of record and Seller obtains duty drawback rights to the Goods, Seller shall furnish to AGILENT, upon request, information and documentation required by the customs authorities of the country of receipt to prove importation and to transfer duty drawback rights to AGILENT.
Importer of Record. All imports for which EB has identified that EB will be the importer of record must be coordinated with the EB Buyer and with EB’s Customs Broker (contact Buyer for details) prior to shipment. Importer of Record. ULTIMATE CONSIGNEE Buyer shall not be a party to the importation of the goods related to the transaction(s) represented by this Order and Buyer shall not in any event be designated as “importer of record” or “ultimate consignee” on any customs declaration or customs entry form. Upon request and where applicable, Seller shall provide Buyer with Customs forms, properly executed, as required for drawback claims.
